By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers. By purchasing an item advertised on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. iFleur may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended.

Delivery Process

Orders received within 9am-3pm (local Singapore time) will be delivered same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the following day. Redirection of location is chargeable at S$10. Please ensure all details and messages are accurate at time of placing your order.

All prices are inclusive of delivery.

Some items may vary due to seasonal availability.

Substitution of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfill your requirements at our discretion.

Should you give sufficient prior notice of cancellation, refund will be credited to your account, less a S$10 administration fee. However, no refund can be made after flowers have been dispatched.

If no one is home to receive delivery, the florist will either:

a)Leave a note to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery (charge of S$10 occurs) OR

b)Leave the arrangement at the door if requested by the sender and provided it is safe to do so. However, basket of gifts will not be left at the door if delivery is unsuccessful.

We reserve the right to reject any card message which contains profane or insulting language.

COD orders are available for regular and established customers only.

Refund Policy

iFleur is absolutely committed to total customer satisfaction from the moment you enter the web site until your flowers are delivered. There are many factors beyond our control that may affect the total order process, delivery, and condition of your flowers, BUT if for any reason you are not satisfied with your buying experience or the flowers we deliver, iFleur will correct the issue, refund your money, or re-ship your order.
